From data tool to agentic OS
CommerceIQ had hit a wall after four years of 100% YoY growth. The product told customers what happened yesterday but not what to do today. I led the design transformation from reporting platform into a collaborative agentic operating system across four workstreams and seven designers.
Restructuring to an AI-augmented team

Before CommerceIQ: Practo, Firefly Creative Studio, DreamWorks Animation as an intern. Studied Economics and Electronics Engineering at BITS Pilani. Trained in interaction design at the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design.
